Get more nutrition in every bite

Dong D. Wang, M.D., Sc.D., (an epidemiologist, nutritionist) published the results of his research today in the American Heart Association’s journal Circulation. Studies by Wang, et al. representing nearly 2 million adults worldwide suggest that eating about five daily fruit and vegetable servings (2 fruits and 3 vegetables) is likely the optimal amount for a longer life.
